Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK until you file in multiple states/move I have been using TurboTax for years and will likely continue to as long as I do not purchase major assets or complicate my sources of income further. I earn income in two states and moved in 2020, as many did due to the pandemic, which complicated and extended filing taxes for that year. TurboTax was not clear in guiding me on certain questions, with extensive googling leading to answers or at least some hints and guidance on TurboTax forums. TurboTax should make an effort to include such guidance in the questions themselves, which provide none at time.
