Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of Use makes life EASIER! Given the year of challenges we've had, having challenges filing taxes is the very last thing you want to worry about! TurboTax took the stress out of preparing my taxes at home by checking and double checking that every option to maximize my refund was explored. Almost al of the work was done for me! This is my third year returning and they never fail to leave me satisfied!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from should have been easier I had a hard time communication with the person I chatted with. My filing was held up by a 1095A and I have a 1095C. after a hour and 1/2 he left me hanging and his red arrow hanging on DO my taxes icon. They referred me to the expert that I spoke with today after waiting several days for a appt. James was great but he should have stayed until filing was complete. turbotax did not place the catcha on my webpage and I have wasted time trying to find what to do to make it file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use even for an old man. I will continue the use of Turbo Tax in the future. Next year buying home to set up a recovery home. Hopefully TurboTax will make it easy to report my income or losses. Hoping to have a break even property. Don't wish to make allot of money off those less fortunate than myself. Zero profit is my goal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy but the Free isn't free Always loved TurboTax and I have been using it for years. I choose not to purchase cd this year because of being in public. The price is much more expensive online than if I did purchase from a store. disappointed.
