Rated 5 out of 5 by from HR Block Messed Up, I convinced my GF to go Turbo Turbo is always easy. Being able to pull last years info makes it quick and painless. Simple descriptions of forms and info needed makes me feel smart. I was even able to convince my GF to switch to Turbo Tax from HR Block due to their online system being an absolute mess and lacking in technical support. No need to sit on the phone for hours waiting for support if the system works the first time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Was A Struggle To File Taxes I felt that Turbo tax seem to me like an ongoing process with no end in sight. It booted me out at one time and I had to figure out how to get back on track to the end of my filing. I am more stress now than when I had began my tax preparation. Finally, I managed to continue to the end process of submission of my taxes. I have made a decision to go next year to a tax preparer in order to ease the stress. It took me 3 hours to complete my tax filing.
