Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating I have refiled my taxes probably 12 times now. Everytime I do, 4 days later it rejects them for something else. This is ridiculous. If there's something wrong with them, then why not just fix it all at once instead of rejecting them after each issue fix? I've just about given up, and paid someone else to just do them because this is just exhausting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not user friendly. Not enough support. I tried to correct and change my stimulus amt. I could get the help I needed. I you tube, and again the instructions I got from them didn’t work because the tools were no longer there. Also, turbo tax said to enter from line 8a. Off the 2019 return it was not correct amt. I went back to sch.1 line 22 and entered that one. Waiting on weather or not IRS will except that. Very frustrating hours of going back in trying to fix things.
