Rated 3 out of 5 by from mixed review overall easy to use format. definitely made it easy for someone who has no clue what theyr doing. however, I tried to use to different phones to make the payment, and niether wanted to work. luckily tryining it on the desktop worked. other than that problem with mobile, great service

This year it hit a weird glitch, but Turbotax helped me over the phone and computer to fix it and file my taxes immediately! Way to go Turbotax!
