She was truly the sweetest and best customer service i’ve ever gotten, such an angel and she helped me with every single step and got it to where i needed to be and was able to file my taxes with no mistakes. 10/10 customer service, i appreciate her so much!

She was personable and had a great personality! I enjoyed the live connect and will be using this service again next year! I hope I can request Mrs. Cheryl to help me again when I file next year!
