Many of my friends spend hundreds of dollars to have their taxes prepared (well educated people). I have trained all my children to use Turbo Tax and expect them to be lifelong users.

To have suspicious fraudulent activity and yet no way to get help is unacceptable when it comes to something so vulnerable as taxes.
