Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does the job. Turbo tax did a good job, but if investment imports are missing info, the fix is difficult because the information is not easily found. There needs to be a direct method in Turbo Tax to look at this information. My case: I had to download thru another source all of my investment (401 K) data to review and correct. THIS WAS NOT AVAiLABLE DIRECTLY in Turbo Tax

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is unhelpful This was the first year I was adding stock trades to my taxes. And TurboTax does not make it easy. The import feature is broken and screws up the whole processess asking you to confirm entries and not even thoroughly identifying which entries they are asking about. There is 0 help on how to deal with this and it took much trial and error and googling to figure it out. I have never hated taxes until this year dealing with turbotax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Outstanding Turbo Tax Premier Download was excellent. I had an issue with my computer because of its age and the Turbo Tax Specialist solved my problem successfully. He was professional, intelligent and very patient.
