I did have difficulty this year in a few sections but the online representatives were so helpful. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone. It's fast and convenient. No need to worry about doing anything wrong with the great representatives that are on hand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't always work Last year and this year I could not get my taxes to e-file even though I paid for it. I tried to resubmit multiple times but the returns were always rejected. I eventually had to just mail my taxes last year. I hope it will eventually will go through this year
