Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Phone Assistance I have used Turbotax for many years. This year is no exception. However, when I tried to efile, I was informed that I did not complete the filing of my 2021 tax return. This was very distressful for me but thanks to the lady that helped me on the phone, we figured out what happened. All they wanted to know was my adjusted growth income. I don't know why. The choices at the beginning of the verification process did not match up with anything that I had done. I did file through turbotax but the choices did not allow me to say that. This needs to be changed.

Relatively straightforward with a couple of small snags, but not too complicated and usually resolved quickly. Relatively painless and easy to use.
