Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! I originally filed on 24JAN2022. The federal and NJ returns were both rejected. I went back in and "revisited" the returns and refiled. Both were again rejected. Another email instructing me to to "revisit" my returns was received. I did and they were both rejected again. The error code was REJ002 internal error on all 3 occasions. After a 50 minute call with a specialist I guess there's a form for underestimating my tax estimated payments that is a NJ form which is unavailable until 24FEB2022, which is why the returns are being rejected!!! I had to share my screen so he could determine which form it was!!! What the heck? As I had to upgrade to the deluxe version to file I'm more than ired. My returns are 3 W-2, no itemized deductions, nothing else but $20 for interest on my savings. Unbelievable that Turbo Tax cannot manage to file a simple return.
