Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax was a nightmare I downloaded and paid for the desktop version. It wouldn't connect to the server to allow me to pay an extra fee to transmit my state return. I had to start over with the online version and pay again. I printed both receipts in case you need documentation. I expect that I have two accounts. I called the help desk twice to try to get the software to work correctly, but they finally told me to start over with the online version. So I had to PAY TWICE to file once. And it took me two days. A total nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! My experience was great! Software easy to use, importing my info is plus, the accuracy and time was flawless. Also love how it triple checks for errors before submitting! Will be returning next year for sure.
