Rated 1 out of 5 by from e filing problem overall a good product but it got me stuck at the same page when I was trying to e flie. It keeps asking me to fill out certain information and when I did, it refresh to the same page and did not go forward. To be specific, the pate kept asking me about the date when one of my stock was acquired. The information should have been pulled directly when I linked my investment account. When I typed the date it is asking and press the continue, it refreshed and asked same questions, no matter how many times I entered the date they were asking. (it was correct formate they were asking, FYI). It is most frustrating thing, and I wasted over an hour just trying to fix this problem through help/customer service with no real solution provided. For simple filing turbotax may be right for you, but if you have somewhat complex tax situation, you may run into situation like I did. I ended up giving up on e filing and chose the file by mail option. Not the worst thing that can happen but I feel that this issue is nonsensical when I pay for the premier service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am done with this garbage I've been using TurboTax for as long as the software has existed and it has got decreasingly useful and increasingly expensive. Intuit products are, across the board, overpriced garbage. I'm done.
