Overall was a very painless experience. I would recommend this software to anyone at any level.

This software is great, if I can't locate my return quickly I can sign in and retrieve whatever year I am looking for. When filling my return for current year, I can press a button and import my last year return. I just enjoy using this software because everything is self-explanatory.
