Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service Everytime I have been using Turbotax for over 15yrs now and they have never failed me I can say that when the IRS have question the representatives are on it right away and just remember to let them know asap if anything comes back to you. I would recommend them anyday to use. Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great You overcharge, your explanations are not helpful, not enough detail on what forms should or shouldn't be included, and you do this so that you can force people to pay your fees to speak to someone real. Then you charge extra if we include more things like bonds.

Questions are concise, clear and direct with FAQs present for any grey area or hard to understand tax requirements. Automated steps for every part of your return where possible removes much of the hassle of input and error-checking if done manually. Plus, the UI and UX are so aesthetic, user-friendly and functional, making the overall process not only simple but also enjoyable! Thank you TurboTax!
