Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2023 This has always been my go to way to file my taxes and this year was the hardest to use this program. And what happened to this being free for the simple returns and then to charge me additionally to take the money out of my return?!? Yeah, how many people didn't catch that?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very easy to use, but one issue Never realized how easy doing your own taxes could be. I enjoyed the experience, minus the one issue I had with my 1099-NEC. I imported my Robinhood tax information and it auto filled my 1099-NEC. The issue was that it kept telling me to select the schedule which to apply Box 3 to and no matter what I did, it would not select Schedule C. After trying everything I could think of trying, I turned to Google. Apparently It's a common issue and the only way to fix it is to delete the form, re select it to add to the return,and then manually input the information. It was pretty aggravating and made what would have been an easy breeze of a return into a headache. Hopefully Turbo Tax fixes this issue and I can give a 5 star review next year. other than the one issue, it was great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax been using them for years!! Turbo tax is very thorough when checking for errors! They will search for over 350 deductions/credits. My returns are always accepted when I use them. I did notice my fee went up but that’s because I have investment accounts so I didn’t mind at all. As long as I stay in good standings with the IRS
