Especially how you make it seem you are finished at every turn, but then you are constantly being sold more upgrades and asked for more security information when you're led to belive you are on the last page. Not to mention how confusing State taxes become. It's incredible how I can put in all the information then at the end, during the review, there's so much missing, and for this to cost almost $200. I will be talking about how much I hate this service for weeks. It's also amazing how the service has become worse over the years.
