Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs to fix it's importing software I like TurboTax and have used it for the last 4 years, but my issue is that if you do any type of stock market exchange (TD Ameritrade) and you import your info into TurboTax, every year I have to manually go through every transaction that is considered a "wash trade" and fix it before I can file. It is time consuming and beyond frustrating. TurboTax has written amazing software to file taxes but it has failed miserably at fixing the glitches of importing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Deluxe Could not transfer info Your software could not find or transfer my previous return info from PDF file on my windows computer! I selected by using the Browse button but it did not transfer nothing. It just said it's done but in reality nothing was transferred! I did not have the previous year's return on Intuit site either because last year I chose not retain it there. So I had to re-enter the info all over again! It was disappointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow I have been using Turbo Tax for many years as single to head of household with dependents. I used several from the basic to self owned business and all the products are easy to follow. The direct deposit is within 3 weeks. You can pay with your refund as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Helpful for Military Members There's a lot more to taxes than I thought and with being in the military it's even more complicated. TurboTax along with the chat feature answered all my questions easily.
