I just answer the questions and input my my information and it's a seemless operation. I highly reccomend for self-employed individuals and young adults who are just getting started in their taxes. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Likely my last year I think this is the last time I will use Turbo Tax. even though my tax situation is uncomplicated, at every turn it attempts to force me to pay extra for deluxe version. It is frustrating and annoying. I filled out my taxes two separate times and started over in an effort to avoid paying for useless fees. I would love to continue to use and keep all my records in one place digitally. But at this point the pain outweighs the gain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worse i never in my life since i been using turbo tax had to pay to do my taxes but the past year i had to that is not fair to me being a single parent and they dont help with admending things where it dont cost you anythihng

I have used the Turbotax self-service for years but there were some difficulties this year that were causing me a lot of stress. I decided to go full service and Sam was not only extremely knowledgable but he was friendly and walked me through the whole process. I felt super comfortable with him doing my taxes and he finished in RECORD time and filed them for me! The price was extremely affordable especially if you factor in the time he saved and the money I saved on my refund!
