I filed my taxes last year for the first time ever and honestly I don't know what I would have done without TurboTax, especially as a US citizen working and living overseas. This made the process so easy and smooth, I can't recommend the system enough.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Penny Pinchers Your upgrade system was made in a way that requires some to upgrade when certain situations arise. If it was purely for extra features or advice on filing, that would be understandable. However, tricking users into using your system and then hitting them with a required upgrade and processing fee is unethical. I will be using another program or filer next time around if I can help it. You offer a great service for something we're required to do, but your hidden fees and absurd requirements are not appreciated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over 10 years of Turbo Tax I would not do taxes any other way, including using a person. Turbo Tax gives me all the tools I need to complete my taxes and even has a tax pro available if I need it. Their guaranteed Audit help is also an invaluable tool.
