Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gruesome bug with no customer spport Real bad this year. There is a bug on 1099-R when you enter distribution code H it makes all amount taxable. I found help in Tax community as a wrong work around, this was reported and not corrected. Impossible to reach Customer support, I get ticket # but then on the phone it doesn't recognize my account # and hangs up. I loved torbo tax, but this years experience, makes me loose all face in the product
