I used to go to a tax professional with my parents since I didn't really know how to do it, but TurboTax definitely helped me out now that I'm living independently.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from E-File Didn't Work No matter what I did, after 16 years of use, the e-file refused my PIN. Now, for the first time ever, I'm mailing my filing. No clue at what the issue was but it's an issue that resulted in a paid service not being provided. It should be a zero star rating as I paid for e-file.

If you read all information as you go page to page, it is very easy to complete. If you think you made a mistake, you can go back and fix it without loosing all other information. Thanks TurboTax. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was easier this year. This year was easier and the only thing I wish was different was that I could deduct the 1000s of dollars in dentist expenses but I had the work done towards the end of 2019 and never saw the option for it last year.
