Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Import feature is awesome I was really happy this year importing PDF of my banking statements and financial institutions. It seamlessly read the data and properly put the right data into my tax return. All other features worked flawlessly as well. Very fast to file my return this year.!

He'd point online to click here, click there, enter info here or there. So much easier than I expected

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didn't love it While it was rather easy to use...it was. 1- too expensive - I was SHOCKED at a product that was free last year - we are on a fixed income and that was too much. 2 - it was too invasive with personal information that had no bearing on our taxes - kind of made me mad I HAD to answer or it wouldn't move forward. I promise - some of the questions had NOTHING to do with taxes

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax Sucks Honestly, Turbotax sucks. Every year it gets a little easier to use, which is nice, but Intuit is the entire reason our taxes are so complicated in the first place. And on top of that, I have been asked no less than 20x to upgrade to premium. Every time I declined. Then come to find out at the end they billed me for premium anyways. What a slimy corporation just trying to rob us of our money every chance they get. Next year I'll file my taxes manually before I use Turbotax.
