Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy! TurboTax experts were available to answer all my questions. When the auto chat couldn't answer a question, it put me in cue for a phone call. So easy!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TTax is a good product 1. It's easy to use. 2.Partial RMD withdrawals and rollovers for 2020 are not clearly explained. 3. Tech support is practically not available unless you upgrade. 4. Customer support Remote connection is fairly new (and long overdue) and very helpful, considering possible difficult reading of IRS instructions. 5. TTax software is still fairly expensive and might loose market share to less expensive products and especially free tax preparation offers from states and other agencies.

When I went to the site it showed me one price, when I got to the end of my filing I was given a higher price, but then I logged in through Retail Me Not and got a discount. It’s so frustrating I will not use TurboTax again next year!
