Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to up it's game I tried for an hour to download my tax info from my brokerage house. Intuit had an old account associated with my email, but I didn't remember the password. Intuit system took me around and around in an endless loop pretending it was trying to help me. After 10 times of getting a verification code, I gave up.

It is so user friendly, accurate, analytical and always gets me a great result in my Fed Tax Returns. Although initially a little slow to load, it is fairly quick , once I start the return. Will always use it, and highly recommend it to anyone.
