Decided to give TurboTax a shot and I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and I’m actually getting some money back this year. I will definitely tell my friends and family about TurboTax and will use it again next year as long as my return is processed as promised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved my chat agent! A couple of my forms caused some wires to be crossed and showed incorrect amounts for refund/owing. I worked extensively with my chat agent, Simone and we were able to resolve and troubleshoot together. It took quite some time but she was patient and great to work with and ended up resolving all my problems.
