Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax usually is good This year Turbotax has had so many difficulties to open home page. Didn't know I needed a personal ID# from IRS and so my forms were rejected. IRS never sent me letter and had a hard time getting the ID#. I also had used a 30% coupon, but was not able to get credit for it because I was only able to connect to website today ...02/16/2023
