Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and Easy with a few Caveats Overall an easy and fairly intuitive process. I opted for the Assisted Premier version, since this was the first year we rented our vacation home. Turned out the process accounting for the vacation home rental proved to be the trickiest part. We used our vacation home enough days for it to be considered a personal residence by the IRS, but TurboTax did not seem to capture that and allowed expense calculations to exceed the rental income. That should not be possible since under the personal residence situation, the IRS does not allow a rental loss. Other than that the entry process was great. The other negative was the Assisted portion, providing access to a tax professional. I used the feature multiple times and found they basically cannot provide any advice and had to "research" most questions I had. The majority of the answers to my questions resulted in being provided a link to an IRS publication or a TurboTax FAQ page. Both things I had already done on my own before reaching out through TurboTax. So, if you do your own research before preparing your taxes, I would not recommend this add-on service.

I've always been able to reach a Turbo Tax expert quickly over the phone and they've always provided amazing service! No complaints what so ever!
