Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always easy For the price of doing your taxes by yourself is great. I dont have time to be going to an agency to fie my taxes. I was a bit scared about inputting my unemployment but they made it all easy and quick. They show you step by step what to do. As if you were 10 lol. Works for me! :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After 20 plus years first bad experience Could not efile state taxes because it said I had a W-2 that had more local tax withdrawn than income entered. Absolutely was not the case

Rated 2 out of 5 by from this year was bad always use turbo tax but this year was the worst experience. when you hit back in some areas, you don't really go back and it saves progress you don't want to keep. it also 'found' an error with the w2 they imported. i went to fix the error, which was a blank optional field, but it wouldn't fix and i had to manually re-enter my w2. which then doubled up the same w2. then had to go back and erase the w2 they imported for me that had the 'issue.' what a waste of time and headache. if this happens next year, i'll just take my taxes elsewhere.
