Rated 3 out of 5 by from Live service for military assistance is lacking Simple to use. This is my first time filing my taxes. Turbotax is great at walking you through what to do. The only hiccup I had was trying to figure out how to file my taxes as an active duty member. My Live Representative, Stephanie, was extremely rude and defensive. I don't recommend paying for the extra help because in the end she couldn't help me. Rip off. My $800 return was less than $400 by the time I was done with all the extra fees.
