Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Assisted Deluxe is AWESOME! I've used Turbo Tax Basic for years as I didn't have much beyond the basics. This year was different with additional income and I needed assistance. I asked for the Live Assisted Deluxe and within one minute I received a call from someone. Eilene was so kind and shared my screen to review everything I was concerned about. She reassured me that I had completed my forms correctly. She is a consummate professional with over 40 years experience.

My return was filed as head of household and I am married filing jointly and I didn't receive my return. I had to send the IRS my information and I was supposed to have audit help and I didn't.

I never understood what it meant or what I was supposed to do but two of my friends recommended I used Turbo Tax. The visual layout of the site was appealing, extremely appealing and it was easy for me to follow along. I really liked it and it was almost... fun? Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience and I definitely will be using this again!
