Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to Be Seamless..... Was going well until I had to pay twice and have not heard back about getting credit for the double payment. Impossible to make use of the "Live Chat" that is not live - considering the times that we are now living in, a little goes a long way for people who just need the help (especially after paying twice). These are not the times to be double billing people.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was happy until the 1099-B fiasco Turbo tax has a known 1099-B issue that caused my return to be rejected. They knew this was an issue and gave 3 weak options. The options are located here https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/how-do-i-fix-my-1099-b-negative-values/00/1949150#sh-collapse3 I chose option 3 as it was the only one not require mailing it in or waiting another month. The manual swapping of numbers was easy but took another 35 -45 minutes of my time. This could have been done easily with coding but instead, Intuit decided to let it slip. Shame on that decision-maker.
