Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was great! This was the 2nd year I have used the product, but not for myself. This year I decided to try it instead of going to my tax guy! It was easy to follow and when I had questions the team was quick to respond. The only area I struggled with was a tax credit from another state that was not obvious to me in the walkthru of my information. But I was able to get support and wrap it up quickly! Thanks for keeping it simple!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but costly Have been a TT customer for four or five years but like anything else it keeps getting more and more expensive. We've always opted to file electronically. As always we chose to pay the fees from the refund and this year we opted for Max coverage as well. When we got to the end there was a $40 fee simply for deducting from the refund. While I appreciate the value of convenience I think that the refund fee is excessive and should have been informed about it earlier in the process.
