Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was Confusing! Forms and instructions this year were confusing and hard to understand. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and it was never this confusing. Also the "live" tax help was no help at all, it always gave suggestions/answers that had nothing to do with what I was asking and I always had to wait for an expert?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great!!!!! I started using Turbo Tax 2 years ago and I love it!!!! I will not use anything else. You can work at your own speed and dont have to be in a rush. I also love them because they have reasonable prices to file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Help line sucks Previously, we would have the fee for filing withdrawn from our refund. Apparently this year you need to pay TurboTax directly. Think you could advise users in big letters that you changed your process? Called twice only to have your call taker hang up on us twice while talking to them. Class Act that is for sure!!!!!
