Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax left hand doesn't know what right hand is Late last year I responded to an email from Intuit offering the 2022 turbo tax premier at a substantially reduced price. I bought it. Now I've taken a day and a half to enter all my tax information but I wanted to speak to a CPA before filing as I always have in the 7 years I've been using turbo tax. I called (800) 446-8848 and spoke with a "tax expert" (not a CPA or EA) who said that the option wasn't available because I bought a "downloaded version." Well, either the tax expert didn't know what he was talking about or Intuit has ditched its customer service standards from the past. I'm more than a little disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I LIKE TURBOTAX but.... I like using TurboTax since the system is very informative and helpful when filing. However, I had questions at two spots along the process and when contact the agent in the chat the agent was not familiar with the tax laws for the current year. I had to be explaining it to them and it was things I beleive the agent should have known and been aware of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent Very efficient safe process every year. I had one frustration but asked for a phone call from tax assistant and I didn't have to wait more than a minute. Stacy called me and issue was solved.
