Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good. Some problems with "zeros." I have used Turbo Tax for years. I like it a lot. It saves doing a lot of math and tracking forms. I recommend it to anyone. I did experience problems this year with importing from investment company for 1099-B. It said that all I had to do was type in the Institution and account number and I should "prepare to be amazed." While it did pull in the pertinent stock sales and long and short term capital gains, it also imported a lot of "zeros" into fields for which I had no applicable data. On the surface this doesn't sound like a problem, but Turbotax prefers fields that have to no data to be entered to be left blank. It DOES NOT like zeros typed in as only number. It import Macro, however, imported lots of zeros that flagged as errors. I tried repeatedly during the final review to remove them but it was no having any of that and kept looping me through the error flag system with no resolution. Finally, I had to delete the entire section of imported data, and go back and type it in manually (leaving appropriate fields blank). This worked fine. I was very disappointed in the import function for this one area, but otherwise love the Program.

Not only does this app allow you to file for yourself, they help you even more than if you were to go in to an office. very thorough and This year I decided to get MAX and all assistance i could and because of turbo tax I will be able to get my family back on our feet again, since covid-19 cost us everything. you have no idea how happy we are. THANKYOU TURBO TAX!!
