Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not the easiest way to do your taxes. Not overly friendly or helpful. You leave unclear answers, to many popups and to few indicators that you're working for me. You could put short videos of REAL PEOPLE tutorials that could explain things better, using simple english and designed for a novice client. Not sure ill use Turbo again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax very easy to use I was able to upload by dragging and dropping and from their cell phone pic app. I also utilized a Tax expert ( Susan ) to assist with a couple of questions on standard vs itemized filing. Susan guided me through the turbo tax program and provided clarification on the option available, She also reviewed my tax filing for federal and state
