I like the fact that previous tax year information is available to compare tax filing information. The pricing has been fair over the last years, but this year I feel the price has gotten too high for the average taxpayer. I am a senior now and on a fixed income, and I have to watch what I spend to stay in my budget. I will have to compare tax programs next year to try to save money. Even with your early filing discounts, it cost me $200 to file my Federal and State tax return. It should not cost more than $ 100 to file an average return. You are starting to price yourself out of the market.
