Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASIEST, SMARTEST AND MOST AFFORDABLE WAY TO EFILE Really impressed how it takes information from the previous filed returns, and auto-populates any carryover credits, and also how it simply imports all the investment (crypto, stocks, etc.) earnings directly and accurately as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maryland form 3582 not available I could not file me return via payment with tax refund, then I could not file my Maryland forms due to form 3582 not available. Very disappointed with this process this year. I have been a customer for several years and haven't had a problem until now. I was unable to receive a resolution with the representatives I spoke with.
