Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2023 Return It's really frustrating to be in my 20s making wise financial decisions like making ROTH IRA contributions, just to have my tax credit taken away because I'm "required" to upgrade to deluxe so you guys can "accurately" file my taxes. My credit was $107 and you guys charged me $117. I've used you guys for 3 years. That's very frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best and easiest way to do your taxes! We have used Turbo Tax for years. It's fast, easy and accurate. No need to gather paperwork and hunt down a stranger to do your taxes. The software asks you straightforward questions, then explains them so that you understand what you're doing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great but has room for improvement Turbo tax is alway great, but I still have issues with the HSA portion of the return. My husband is on my insurance from work and utilizes my HSA, but it keeps asking why my husbands insurance lapsed when it did not. Also, I am the one who does the tax return, not my husband, yet his name is always listed first. Just saying.
