Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE TURBOTAX! Turbotax is a humungous time saver. It simplifies the process to where I can get everything done without issue... normally. This time, I made a mistake. I entered an incorrect value and had to use a live assistant to help me fix it. She was able to get me squared away in 10 minutes and it increased my return by $3K. Her name was Brianna, she is my savior. I'm so grateful for this service.

I love that it takes you step by step and anytime I need help I always get prompt help from online help. With Turbo tax I am never worried that anything was submitted incorrectly. I also like the continued communication once my taxes are filed. I have even had to amend taxes once and it was very easy through this program to do so.
