Rated 1 out of 5 by from THIS RETURN WAS AWFUL IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN EASY,MY GRANDSON,SIMPLE? IT PUT HIS UNEMPLOYMENT AS UNEARNED INCOME TO BE TAX AT PARENTS RATE? ALSO AFTER TALKING TO YOU FOR 5HRS. THE SAME PROBLEM WAS NEVER CORRECTED.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just filed with Turbotax I started my taxes with a prompt from an email to file now for only $30. I dont like being roped into upgrading but had to and filed both federal and state for $110. I paid right away and saved the $40 charge for them to take out of my return. $40 seems a little steep for me! All in all turbotax walks through everything step by step so I feel confident and 90% understand what I am consenting to. I also have peace of mind for getting everything taken care of so quick and early.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 15 Years & Counting We have been using Turbo Tax online now for 15 years. It is so simple and easy. The only thing I don't like is the extra $40.00 fee to have it deposited into my own account. I am already paying $30.00 and now this year I have to pay to have it deposited into my account. For loyal customers it would be nice to have this service for free. I can easily go and have our taxes done for free but since I have always had great service with Turbo Tax it is hard to go somewhere else. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 star's like I have done in the past!!
