Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use; Has been for years! I have been using this website for 5 years now, and the process has always been seamless and transparent. The cost was a bit tough to swallow. However, in comparison to the cost of an accountant or the hassle of preparing them myself, not too bad! Also, it usually shows up quicker than the forecasted 3 weeks with direct deposit, which is a nice little perk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo and the IRS is trash Turbo tax had many high fees and IRS still rejected my 2019 return! The fees are taken out of my return to which the IRS blames the pandemic for their lack of competence!
