Turbo tax is good.
Some navigation steps were ambiguous. Turbotax calculated that we did not need to file a NH state return. We believe that to be correct. However, as we went thru exiting screens, we could not proceed without either falsely checking that we do not have drivers license identifiers (for the state return we do not need to process) or providing them. Not cool.

It was so easy to file!
TurboTax makes filing so easy. Not only is it intuitive but my tax expert was ready to help me with any questions I had along the way. My tax expert was efficient and I knew my taxes were in good hands.

Everything was great I just didn't like some hidden fees at the end of course. But still grateful for how easy Turbotax makes doing taxes!

Flow of the process good, the fees are too high.
straight forward return like myself. I feel that you should not be charged a $40 fee for every return and another $40 fee to have the amount deducted from your return. If you're going to charge fees, it should be on the complexity of the return. I don't mind paying $40 to process the entire thing but $120, that's a bit ridiculous.

I am disappointed, I have used TurboTax for many years, and for the first time when I have encountered a situation where I need advice - I find it very difficult to get any. My husband passed in March of 2020 - and my e-file return continues to be rejected. I have entered information re AGI and Pin exactly as requested.

More Hassle than Help!
I love TurboTax! I have been using it for years now. This year I had some changes and received paperwork that I was unfamiliar with, so I decided to use the full service option. It seemed relatively easy, but there is such a lack of communication. Even through the use of the messenger, I still did not feel as confident and supported as I do when I use TurboTax. I completed all my documents prior to the opening of the tax season date of 2/12. On 2/15 I reached out to customer service because I did not receive a response from the CPA regarding the submission of my taxes. The customer service rep seemed shocked when I told her that I had completed all documents, including the docusign, and payment process. She said that she would forward the problem to her supervisor and call me back regarding the matter. Neither happened! However, when I logged in to check my TurboTax it said that my taxes has been submitted. I did not like that- if someone makes a mistake don’t just fix the mistake. Explain to me the resolution and offer me some comfort. Like I said, I love TurboTax but this feature is not worth the money. Nothing about it was deluxe and hopefully next year TurboTax can put some more checkpoint and/or notifications in place so that the customer can feel like they are receiving a “deluxe service.” In all honestly, I am disappointed in the service O received this year.
