Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem Solved Finally was able to resolve issue with 1095 a form. Had to call and get some assistance, but they were able to help me solve the issue that I most likely would not have been able to solve on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, speaking to someone made it enjoyable. I think I spoke with Angela, her input and knowledge was awesome. I felt very comfortable and the expert I was speaking with was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She was very patient and understanding. My computer froze up at the very end before e-filing, yet Ms. Angela stayed with me. I had to shut down my computer and later in the day when I was able to re-boot, Turbo Tax saved my information, so I did not have to start all over again. Thank you all very much!

You get a bit confused at certain points of the process, but you have to take a break and come back and if you need live help, the folks at TT have always been amazing. I recommend filing with MAX because things can come up and it's good to have the extra protection of representation. Thank you.
