I ran across a strange issue with one of my forms, but the online chat representative figured out the problem and had me back on my way and with a fully filed form in a few minutes. Highly recommend for anyone with fairly straightforward tax situations!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There’s an internal error in the software The expert was great very knowledgeable very polite he worked very hard to fix my problem but he could not because there is a internal error in your software that keeps rejecting my return I have been getting the same rejection cold for over a week telling me to click to fix my returns have been getting them resubmitted multiple times and having the same issue still to this day
