Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2nd year in a row and full of problems This is my 2nd year in a row where I hit an issue and had to re-do my taxes from scratch. When I had to amend my 2021 taxes and made I mistake, support said I had to redo it all from scratch. Then for my 2022 taxes, the "Live" version of the tool was carried over from 2021 and I could not downgrade to a non-Live version. Support could not fix it and told me I had to redo my taxes all over again so I could downgrade. I will never recommend or Turbotax again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back to using Turbo Tax I decided this year, since my tax returns were fairly simply (retired working part time) that I could go back to using Turbo Tax and do it on my own. This new format is pretty simply if you understand the where you are and what documents you need to have available.
