Rated 3 out of 5 by from Liked it. Some things I didn't like. I have been using turbotax for a few years now and it's been really easy doing my taxes each year. This year I felt like I kept getting asked questions that are irrelevant. Like how much my parents make even though I am not their dependent, and what the deductible to my car is? It just makes no sense and it made my return less! This information is irrelevant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from the live help was a lifesaver The program is user friendly, but I did have an issue. The live assistance walked me through how to fix the issue and was a life saver. She was pleasant and so friendly, and she had the knowledge to help me find the problem I never would have figured out on my own. It was a tiny technical glitch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like turbo tqa.....it is very simple...AND FREE wish there was a way to enter banking info...we owe no money due to just retirement income and want to have stimulus money direct deposit and not check mailed to me. I know this is not a normal occurance but it would have been nice. iI used the free tax filling
