Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2023 Using TurboTax is simple enough, but the fees charged are steep. I very much so dislike how $117 is just vanished from my return. My return is not much more than that, so it's annoying to see that money go into their company coffers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is all you need This year's tax returns didn't go as smoothly as every other time but I got someone on the phone to guide me thru the problem and all ended well. It was just a glitch where the input wouldn't take the usual way so it had to be manually inputted. The rep, Christian, who helped me was the best to deal with.
