Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some Stumbling in the Dark I enjoyed and appreciated the light-hearted responses (and WOW encouragements) at moments when I felt over my head. The search help feature wasn't always helpful or applicable to my situation but seeing that other confused filers were also asking questions helped me realize I wasn't alone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets the job done This isn't my favorite site to complete my taxes, they say it's free but in reality it never EVER is. There's always something that they require payment for, but at the end of the day we all just need our taxes submitted and complete. Turbotax will do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax This year's tax return journey was seamless until we hid a speed bump in the Massachusetts Health care info requirements. Most of the time, TT suggests on screen workarounds to take me to the finish line. Not so. But along came TT's Alexander who went above and beyond to achieve final success, avoiding further frustration. Thank you Alexander.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unhappy with changes You can no longer access a Simplified Method Worksheet, and I don't like being locked into having to pay an additional $40 to get my refund deposited electronically to my bank. It shows a chart where you supposedly can do that but then you are required to check both boxes for the Santa Barbara Processing Center before you can proceed. Will not be using Turbo Tax in the future although I've been a customer for over 30 years.
