I really love the in the detail explanations about anything that I need to get a better understanding of when I file my taxes with TurboTax, I really enjoy how the process is straight to the point, and is very thorough throughout the whole process.

This year my circumstances were different because I was self-employed and due to the Covid 19 pandemic I had to file for, and received unemployment Payments. Because of these changes I ran into some difficulties and had to call and speak to an Agent. His name was James and he was extremely helpful. He was patient and very professional. Way to go James, and thank you so very much for your assistance.

I asked for help and was called by a TurboTax expert. That problem was resolved as was another issue on how to handle Form 1098s from multiple mortgage companies. The expert (Carla) called be back two days later to be sure that my problems were resolved.
